If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may inform us for a return within 7 days of receipt and receive a replacement or a refund for the price of the product. 

Shipping charges will not be refunded, shipment costs for return and replacement are the responsibility of the customer. If you do decide to return your purchase, please follow these instructions:

Email admin@saartdesigns.com with your order number and specific reason for the return.

Pack the artwork back in the original tube or box, with all of the packaging materials and certificate of authenticity that was included in the package

Ship it back to us at the following addresses:

We strongly encourage you to return your item via track able shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  For Damaged Artwork

             In any unfortunate event, if your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, We encourage our customers to make a  complete unboxing/unpacking video of the item with its receipt, then attach the video to an email and send it to admin@saartdesigns.com.

             Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. You will receive an email from us within three business day letting you know about the status of your order.

 After product delivered back, We will look into the matter within 7 days and refund you for your purchase amount within 7 days of return approval. (without shipping charges), Provided there is sufficient evidence to rule in your favour.  Custom products will not be refunded. Our decision will be considered final.

Processing fee for both purchase and return will be deducted from your amount. Return will be made through same payment processor.

If you (customer) do not pay Customs duties or any taxes applied by authorities in your country. In such case if authorites in your country or shipment company hold, stock, sell, auction or dispose off your ordered product. You will be responsible for that. In such case your cannot claim any return or refund.
